Great Hotel with Friendly Staff

helpful staff clean pool nice kitchen

I appreciated the helpful staff. The front desk employees were polite and ready to assist guests. I also liked the inclusion of sauna, steam room, and a pool. The room had a nice kitchen.

The room was a little basic. It could use some improvements.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

street noise thin windows

the reception staff seemed friendly enough and helped book taxis.

The noise was an issue. i heard traffic all night long and struggled to sleep. it was difficult to get the kids to sleep too. also. the windows seemed thin. It was like they were open.

the rooms featured spacious layouts and included a convenient washer they ensured i had fresh clothes throughout my stay the balcony offered a tranquil retreat for quiet contemplation the shopping district's proximity allowed effortless exploration and access to local treasures.

a reasonable stay

convenient location breakfast spread gym access basic room noise problem bathroom standard

the location was definitely convenient. It made exploring the area simple. The breakfast spread was adequate. I found the staff to be fairly friendly and professional. The gym access was also available 24/7, SO THAT was convenient.

the rooms felt somewhat basic. Some improvements would benefit comfort. I found our room to be quite noisy at times. The double glazing seemed to have a problem. I also noticed the bathrooms WEREN'T up to the best standard.
